We believe that God has a plan for every life, beginning with salvation. The ministries of Midland Baptist Church are driven by a desire to give every person a solid Biblical direction for life. Hard decisions have to be made in the midst of confusing alternatives. The Scriptures give us our direction!
It is the Word of God that brings the clarity and direction we need when we find ourselves at difficult crossroads. We hope you find a place to grow and to serve with us on this wonderful journey we walk by faith. Meeting the needs of the individual and the family, Midland Baptist Church offers fantastic opportunities for all age groups.
The adult choir ministers to the church weekly in song. Choir practice is every Sunday afternoon from 4:45 to 5:45 PM. The choir is an essential part of our services which prepares our hearts for the preaching of God's Word.Bus Ministry
Our church provides transportation to the services for many children, teenagers and adults in surrounding communities and townships. Bus captains and workers spend several hours each Saturday visiting families within their assigned areas. On Sundays our bus captains, workers, and licensed CDL drivers go to these areas and pick up anyone who desires to attend church. For questions about getting picked up by one of our buses please contact the church number (989) 631-1384.College and Career Group
Reaching out to young adults at a time in life where decisions are made that greatly impact the path of their lives, the college and career ministry provides young adults (18 and over) with a great venue for fellowship in an exciting and down to earth format. The college and career group meets monthly at area restaurants for fellowship and weekly at Bro. Scott's house on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm for Bible Study. With the theme, "Growing Together", the group also meets together monthly for outreach and serving opportunities, and weekly in small groups for prayer and discussion.King's Kids

The nursery facilities are available for children ages three and under during all services. The purpose of our nursery is to provide a loving, safe, Christ centered environment for your children while in our care. It also provides parents with an area of childcare so they can worship without distraction, if they so choose. Each parent is given an electronic, vibrating pager so if the child needs their parents for any reason, they can always be reached without distracting the service.Primetimer's Ministry
Our senior ministry (50 and over) provides activities and fellowship for senior men and ladies once a month. Primetimer's luncheons are scheduled on the second Tuesday of every month at a selected restaurant.
